I am a firm believer that character matters, as much as competence, and that QUALITY is far superior to quantity. The primary reason I became a Realtor was to help people and to show them a far SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE from what they have experienced before, or from what they could ever expect to receive.

 

With that said, please indulge me in letting me let you know a little more about WHO I AM, at the core. I am an outgoing, charitable-minded, family man, that earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts which put me on an early course of pursuing excellence and serving others. I started my career as a loan officer in 1995 and obtained my real estate license in 2006.  I added real estate to the services I provide my clients, because I felt my clients deserved better assistance than what the industry was providing them.  I felt my clients deserved a superior level of service and experience.  I have been called a “RARE FIND” in my profession, by my clients and even by fellow Realtors. For my Buyer clients, my extensive knowledge of all loan products allows me to educate and advise my clients far beyond anything they have experienced before. My acute analytical skills and superior negotiating expertise helps me win the most favorable terms at every stage of the home buying process.

 

For my Listing clients, my comprehensive, “outside of the box” marketing techniques will ensure that we are able to attract the most buyers, negotiate the most favorable terms, sell your home in the shortest possible time, and for Top Dollar!
